Made by parents,
for parents.
Hi Mama,
I'm so glad you're here.
Lulumum began in the quiet, expectant days of my pregnancy. I was looking for a way to celebrate the magic of welcoming my son, Lucian (whom we affectionately call Lulu), into our lives, and to honor the profound journey of becoming a mother myself.
Our logo tells the story of that transition. It features two moonflowers — flowers that bloom uniquely in the evening, capturing the serene, calm emotion I wanted our brand to evoke. The larger flower represents me, protecting my sweet boy, while the butterfly symbolizes the loving, nurturing environment I strive to provide so he can grow beautifully.
I wanted to extend that same warmth and support to you.
I designed Lulumum for the beautiful everyday rhythms of modern motherhood. I pictured a room softly lit by the setting sun, a baby snuggled warmly in a muslin swaddle, a mama breathing in the scent of her newborn during a contact nap on our burp cloth, and a little adventurer enjoying their first solid meals in our bibs.
To make those moments as cozy and stress-free as possible, we hold ourselves to the highest standards. We use only the softest, safest, 100% organic cotton because your precious baby deserves nothing less.
After all, a happy baby means a happy mom, and a happy mom builds a home where everyone can flourish. Thank you for letting Lulumum be a small part of your beautiful journey.
Why we chose
organic cotton
When it came to choosing the right material for Lulumums, organic cotton was an easy decision.
Muslin cloths, bibs, and swaddles are among the most used items in a new mother's arsenal — washed daily, reached for constantly, and put through their paces from day one. For products that work this hard, durability matters. Organic cotton is strong, long-lasting, and holds up beautifully wash after wash.
And here's the thing about muslin cotton — it only gets better with time. Every wash makes it a little softer, a little more supple. The swaddle you reach for on day one will feel even better by month three.
There's also something timeless about the classic muslin weave. It's what mothers have reached for for generations — and for good reason. Breathable, lightweight, and gentle against the most sensitive skin.
